2015: In recognition of the Anniversary of the White House Initiative on Educational Excellence for Hispanics, The PhD Project launched the Committee for Hispanic Excellence (CHE).
2019: La Familia Management Scholars was established
2020:
PDW at the Academy of Management Conference (Virtual) “Hermandad”: A Latinx Career Development Workshop
Monthly Happy Hours to Connect La Familia
2021:
PDW at the Academy of Management Conference (Virtual) Filling the Void: Researching Our Latinx Experience
La Familia Management Scholars was expanded to include other business disciplines, forming La Familia Business Scholars and placed under CHE, complimenting the enhanced vision of Latinx/Hispanic American community released by the White House in 2021

PDW at the Western Academy Conference (Hawaii) Resilience and Hermandad Among Latinx Scholars
